Declared one of the best restaurants in Dallas, this little Italian spot does not disappoint. Lucia is nestled in a cozy space in the Bishop Arts District in south Dallas. You are required to make reservations which can often be months in advance. We waited about 3 months for ours and it was well worth the wait.
It took us a while to decide on a dish as the waitress took us through just about every item on the menu. In an effort to try multiple things, we decided to split a homemade pasta.
Cavatelli pasta Made with fennel sausage, broccoli raab and chili. I think this may have been my favorite!
As I said, we wanted to try multiple dishes but ended up getting the same entree!
Basically it was pork done 3 different ways over white beans. I’m not even a huge pork fan but this was unique and delicious. Not to mention filling! I have leftovers.
Ultimately, Lucia is a great dinning experience with friendly staff. If you’re in the Dallas area, definitely consider it!
